CASE HISTORY
SHP were asked by representatives of the King of Jordan to design, build and develop two off military vehicles - a Fast attack border control vehicle capable of travelling across desert terrain at 80kph carrying 4 military personnel with all of their equipment and a long range vehicle capable of being fully self sufficient within the desert for 4 days.
Once design and prototype build stage was completed the two cars, the Iris and the Fox, undertook an extensive test programme in both UK and Jordan.
An initial batch of 40 (IS THIS CORRECT) vehicles were built by SHP in the UK and shipped to Jordan before the Jordanian factory was fully operational.
SHP worked closely with the team in Jordan to develop the factory and production procedure which resulted in over 400 vehicles being built.
